How to Apply
Applications are now being accepted! The fall quarter starts September 8th, 2015 and the deadline to apply is August 15, 2015. If you'd like to see the examples, you can look through our articles at BestWritingService.com.
Application Process
1.) Prepare a Personal Statement
Your statement should address the following question:
- What do you think is lacking the most in the healthcare system to make change?
- How would you like to transform the current healthcare system?
Please limit your personal statement to 500 words (the equivalent of one page, single-spaced, with 12-point font). You will upload your personal statement through the Application Tab on the online application
2.) Prepare your Curriculum Vitae/Résumé
Prepare your CV or Resume so that it will be ready for upload on the the online application.
3.) Complete All Tabs in the Online Application
You must complete the online application sections in the following order:
- Personal Information
- Additional Information
- Applicant Information
- Department Information (here you will choose the Graduate Certificate Program, complete your personal statement and upload your CV/Resume)
- Submit.
The application will take around 20 minutes to complete, however, you can save your work and come back later to finish your application.
4.) Submit your Online Application, Personal Statement and CV/ Résumé
You should print these step-by-step instructions (PDF). This document will guide you through the online application.
5.) Request your Transcripts
Applicants who are U.S. citizens or Permanent Residents who have received an MD or DO from a U.S. institution are required to submit their official medical school transcript only. Applicants who have received other degrees granted (e.g. BS, BA, MS) are required to submit their undergraduate or graduate transcripts.
For those applicants who are not U.S. citizens or Permanent Residents, or whose education was obtained outside of the U.S., official transcripts from all colleges and universities previously attended must be sent directly from the granting institution to the address below.
Electronic transcripts are preferred if they are available from your school. Applicants who previously attended Indiana University do not need to request transcripts from any Indiana University campus.

Admission Decisions
Applications will be reviewed and admission decision will be made 2-3 weeks after all documents have been submitted. You will be notified of a decision via postal mail.
